Fantastic hotel and vacation for our two ratties. We really appreciated the friendly approach the host Jeanette took with our pets and thanks to the regular video updates we felt completely at ease throughout their whole stay. Jeanette was so friendly and easy to talk to, responded to all my messages quickly and seemed very knowledgable about rats which put me at ease. Jeanette was also flexible with drop off and pick up times, only asked for the basics to be bought with and best of all had a cage ready at her house which is SO convenient, especially for those without transport means. Once she had my rats she provided plenty of updates and videos of them playing and eating (even with background music!) which was appreciated and let me know they were in safe hands. Incredibly happy with how easy everything was and how well looked after my rats were...now I know they love oat milk! I will absolutely be using her service again.
